I am currently a provider with Anthem Blue Cross.  If you have insurance with a company for which I am not in-network, I will be pleased to provide you with a Superbill you can submit to your carrier, and any reimbursements will be paid to you by them. Rates of reimbursement will be dependent upon your individual policy regarding "out-of-network" coverage. Please contact me to discuss my private-pay therapy rates.
